# How-To Steps:
- In a large pitcher, blend lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar fully dissolves.
- Pour in cold water and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate until service.
- Place selected fruit, granulated sugar, and water into a small saucepan. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes.
- Mash fruit gently with a spoon to release juices. Strain mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean jar, discarding solids. Allow syrup to cool to room temperature.
- Combine water and granulated sugar in a saucepan; bring to a simmer, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Remove from heat, add mint leaves, and steep for 15 minutes. Strain and cool.
- Set lemonade in a beverage dispenser. Place each syrup in labeled jars or bottles. Lay out lemon slices, mint sprigs, ice, and glasses for guests.
- Fill a glass with lemonade and ice. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of desired syrup. Garnish with lemon and mint as preferred.
