01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
02 - Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes, breaking it apart. Drain excess fat if necessary.
03 - Add chopped onion and garlic to the skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until softened and fragrant.
