01 - 12 oz flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced against the grain

02 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
03 - 1 tsp cornstarch
04 - 1 tsp sesame oil
→ Noodles
05 - 10 oz fresh or dried lo mein noodles
→ Vegetables
06 - 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
07 - 1 cup broccoli florets
08 - 1 medium carrot, julienned
09 - 3 green onions, sliced
10 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
11 - 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
→ Stir-Fry Sauce
12 - 3 tbsp soy sauce
13 - 2 tbsp oyster sauce
14 - 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
15 - 1 tsp sugar
16 - 2 tbsp water
17 - 1 tsp cornstarch
→ For Cooking
18 - 2 tbsp vegetable oil
19 - Optional: sesame seeds and extra green onions for garnish
# How-To Steps:
01 - Combine beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Let rest for 10 minutes while preparing other ingredients.
02 - Cook lo mein noodles following package directions. Drain and keep aside.
03 - Whisk together all stir-fry sauce components until smooth.
04 - Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Stir-fry marinated beef for 1 to 2 minutes until just browned. Remove from pan.
05 - Add remaining vegetable oil to pan. Stir-fry garlic, ginger, bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot for 2 to 3 minutes until crisp-tender.
06 - Return beef to pan, add cooked noodles and green onions. Pour in the sauce and toss over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes until evenly coated and heated through.
07 - Plate immediately and garnish with sesame seeds and extra green onions if desired.
