Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 7 minutes until smooth and elastic or knead with a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook for 5 minutes
Step 5:
Lightly oil a large bowl place the dough inside and cover with plastic wrap or a damp towel Let rise in a warm place for 20 minutes or until nearly doubled in size
Step 6:
Punch down the dough and divide into 12 equal pieces Shape each piece into a ball and place in a greased 9x13-inch (23x33 cm) baking dish
Step 7:
Cover loosely and let rise again for 15 20 minutes until puffy Meanwhile preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C)
Step 8:
Bake rolls for 18 20 minutes or until golden brown on top
Step 9:
Remove from oven and immediately brush tops with melted butter Serve warm
